Hi - this is Reid here - I wanted to update you on our time in Guatemala. We were able to spend time with some amazing students at a high school in Guatemala called Forma in the Lake Atitlan area. The school draws students from the rural villages where public education is free only through 6th grade. Many kids have to drop out of school and never get to finish their education. Forma offers an education to high-achieving students who have no other opportunity to attend school. The kids are so grateful to be there, and it showed!

Through your popcorn and fidget spinner purchases, as well as your generous donations, GenNext Tech was able to purchase a Bamboo Lab 3D printer for their school and do two in-person training sessions at Forma school in Guatemala. Fortunately, as part of their education at Forma, they learn English, so we didn't have much of a language barrier to overcome.

Our team was led by Mark Sears, founder of CloudFactory and Sprout AI Studios. The whole experience was amazing, and it was such an honor to make new friends in Guatemala and help them move forward in their own technology journey. The 15 kids we worked with were smart and motivated and are going to do GREAT things. I can't wait to go back!

Contact me if you want to learn more about our trip. I'd love to share more details and photos with you!
